The Government of 12 programs is a model for discipleship
in the modern church. The roots of G12 are bible and replicate
the model that Jesus used to recruit and train his 12 disciples.
The program features four critical steps for full spiritual
development and progression into discipleship:

Win – Carry out the
Great Commission to evangelize unbelievers;

Consolidate – Strengthen
the faith of new beliers and help them with their first
steps into Christian living;

Disciple – Spiritual
training on the constructs of the Christian Faith and
providing the tools that prepare new believers to be a
witness for Christ;

Send – This is final
phase for the G12 discipleship program. Now that participants
have been fully trained they are launched into the community
to win and encourage others to follow Christ.
